I went to visit my friend and fellow Team TfK member, Catching Fireworks , who had just moved house. It was lovely to have an in-person catch up and see her beautiful new home.
She knew that I was heading straight on to a work event, to hear Beth Stallwood Create WorkJoy talk about her book WorkJoy, after my visit with her so she bought me some sandwiches and mini quiches to keep me going!
Such a thoughtful thing to do and hopefully it made my networking more lucid because I wasn’t hungry!
