“My daughter and I were away with my Dad on his narrowboat. One day was particularly windy and as we slowed down to approach a swing bridge the boat was blown against the far side of the canal and grounded in the shallow water- we were stuck. There was a lovely house by the canal

“I was lucky enough to be on the lovely Island of Anglesey. Nice clear morning, later forecast for showers. So I decided to take my two dogs for a nice walk around Crigyll Beach, just opposite Rhosneigr. I was almost back to the Car Park, I slipped down a Sand Dune, and broke my leg!
