Volunteers of St David’s Hospice Care take care of sponsored walkers.

A pavement with many different pairs of legs wearing different kids of shoes walking along, the wheels of a pushchair just visible in the background.

“I want to thank the staff and volunteers of St David’s Hospice Care in South Wales (check out their website). We had a sponsored walk and it was raining lots and very cloudy.

They kept us all safe, looked after us en route and made sure we got down safely in the dark.

Such kind people and a brilliant event! Running an event like that isn’t easy and I’m so grateful to them!”

Thanks so much to Emma who sent this in to you – and let’s not also forget the kindness of all the people, like Emma, who did the walk to fundraise!
