Time for Kindness goes to Kindfest 2022

We had a great time at KindFest – so hopeful, informative and inspiring. Here’s just a few of the things we loved from some of the incredible speakers that some of the team tweeted. “We’re all part of one society.” In my view, this is at the heart of the connection that kindness builds between […]

Celebrating kindness superheroes

Reminder to rest

Little acts add up to something much bigger than the sum of their parts. Kindness and Quantum Wow, doesn’t that title sound pretentious? Here I am, preening myself at

5 charities that changed my life

As a comms and strategy specialist for not-for-profit organisations, charities are a big part of my life. I want to make a positive difference in the world and helping organisations with a vision of a kinder world to communicate well is my way of doing that. This blog celebrates the difference that charities have made

No Mow May

Did you do No Mow May this year? L did and they told us they “barely mow the grass these days (and stick to No Mow May) and this year when I have mowed I have left a big patch of long grass by the tree we have covered in bird feeders which the animals

Kindness of fitness instructors

Which fitness folks make you feel amazing? For me it’s my Zumba and aerobics teacher, Sedge Gooding. She’s one of the kindest people I know. I’ve always loved her classes – they are fun, varied and she makes us smile as well as work hard. When we were all stuck inside she went above and
