Volunteer creates safe spaces for her Queer and neurodivergent community.

Alexis runs several events for her local community, focused on providing a safe space and stepping stone for neurodivergent people to get involved in the wider community, all on a voluntary basis. She organises a board games social, where the board games help make socialising a little easier by providing a focus and talking point.

3 lessons from talking about kindness

After Team Time for Kindness took part in the University of Reading Community Festival last month, I reflected on how joyful the experience was. Rhian uses her skills and experience as an employment lawyer in her voluntary role as a trustee at Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich Mind.
