“I was waiting for the bus in Bournemouth Town Centre when a bus pulled up & an elderly lady got off with her zimmer frame.
She was obviously disorientated and had missed her stop because she can’t see in the dark.
Luckily there was a lovely young lady in her mid 20s who helped. She phoned a taxi and, when she was told they couldn’t pick her up from a bus stop, she missed her own bus to take the lady up the road to a taxi rank.
Seeing this helped restore my faith in humanity and a massive well done to that young lady.”
