Train passenger and conductors help reunite child with her phone.

a train waits at a train station on platform 2.

“We had been to Hexham Abbey to see the Moon and after a lovely afternoon, sat at the train station looking at our photos, the train arrived and we rushed onto the train accidently leaving my 11yr old granddaughter’s phone at the station!

Needless to say Faith was devastated, (there are irreplaceable photos on it, her mammy died earlier this year) we got off at the next stop, waited 15 min for the train back, ran over the bridge and got to where we’d sat and a lovely lady had found it, after checking that Faith was the real owner she was reunited with it.

We sadly forgot to get her name, so thank you to the lovely lady from Newcastle and the train conductors who helped.”

Shout out to the kindness superheroes who gave this story a happy ending and to Mandy for sending it in.
