“I went into Boots looking for nappies because our supermarket was out of stock and my toddler was really interested in the different shopping baskets. She tried to pick one up and trapped her fingers which made her cry.
As we were right by the tills, the person working there heard her and immediately came over with a small carrier bag (it had a handle missing so it couldn’t be sold). He gave it to her to carry instead of a basket and she was really pleased.
When we paid he also talked to her really kindly and I remember him being great when I’ve been in before. So kind of him to go the extra mile and get our shop back on track!”
