Greggs manager supports parent after her son bumped his head.

a child laying face down on a solid outdoor floor, a parent’s hands on one arm and around his torso. Text overlaid reads “Greggs manager supports parent after her son bumped his head.”

“I like to think I’m a relaxed parent but when my 4 year old son tripped and had a golf ball sized lump on his head at Rugby services, I must admit I panicked a little.

The manager at Greggs came to the rescue with a bag of ice, some reassuring advice, “you’ll spend the rest of your life trying to keep him alive” and cupcakes for my 2 shocked kids.

Thanks for helping a mum in hour of need.”

It’s so natural to panic in those moments so it’s wonderful to hear that someone was able to support you when it happened. Well done that Greggs manager!
