We loved seeing the outpouring of kindness for Defib the cat through the #SaveDefib campaign after it seemed the ambulance station’s resident and elderly cat would be evicted. Kindness won the day though and the new management is allowing Defib to stay in the only home he has known for 16 years with the people

I was on the train to London and became aware that a young woman next to me appeared to be looking for something. It turned out that she had lost one of her airpods. I helped her look around the floor for it, suggested she shake out her coat in case it had got caught
