“I wanted to thank the lady who was amazingly helpful and kind when I was having a little bit of a meltdown and not able to charge my electric car at yet another electric car charging point.
We’ve had a wild few weeks moving between houses waiting for our house to finally go through (which it still hasn’t!!!) and our boys have been so amazing starting a new school amongst all the chaos.
I was driving back to Hertford today and didn’t have enough charge. I was stressed about everything going on and the world fell out of my eyes and she was so helpful. I really appreciated it. She was off to a conference and was charging her car and literally did it all for me and I just wanted to say thank you.”
