Three kindnesses in one morning

Phil shared on LinkedIn about three kindnesses he’d received in just one morning; ”This morning I stopped off at a cafe for a coffee and sandwich. I have to use a walking stick, and noticing that, the lady next to me in the queue offered to carry my tray to my table. Which she did.

Leading with kindness can be as simple as grabbing coffee for your team. At a team meeting at Chapter Arts Centre, Jeremy Linnell bought coffees for team members to keep them hydrated and save them some cash. How did you show your team or colleagues kindness this week?
