Vodaphone call centre’s accessibility gives AuDHD disabled caller a great experience.

A woman with long, curly brown hair and medium skin tone, sits cross legged on a sofa, a cup of tea in front of her, a phone to her ear. She is smiling. Text beside her reads “call centre’s accessibility gives AuDHD disabled caller a great experience.”

“I had the best call with Vodafone! I told him I was neurodivergent and he was so helpful and patient.

They did ask if I had anything requiring adjustments at the start and I said I was neurodivergent and despise phone calls and my mind can go to mush. I also told them about my chronic illness. They’ve noted it all on my file and asked me if I wanted to consent to it first. And even asked what I would like written!

They also said they could email me anything I wanted and could repeat anything at any time.

I thanked him for being so chill when I was having brain blank moments, or being overly wordy, and said it was super lovely to actually laugh my way through this and feel like they aren’t taking the mick.”

Such a wonderful display of kindness from Vodaphone’s accessible and friendly service to the person who sent this in thanking them while on the phone and sharing this story.
