Trucker takes stranded strangers to get fuel.

Someone filling up two fuel cans at a petrol station. Text overlaid reads “Trucker takes stranded strangers to get fuel.”

“When my Daughter, Amber, and I ran out of fuel just before the Rugby turn off the busy A14, we parked behind the Armco and started the walk of shame to the nearby fuel station. Just as we were stumbling through the grass next to the slip road, a truck pulled up and Tom offered us a lift to the garage and well overdue loo stop which was such a kind thing to do in it’s own right

Tom then waited until we’d bought and filled the can, then took us back to the stranded car, a round trip of probably 12 miles well out of his way.

For being the utter hero of the day, we’d like to thank Tom for all his kindness and re-affirming faith in human nature. What a star! Thank you Tom.”

What a kindness superhero Tom is and a big thanks to Phil for sending this to us! Send in your own story of kindness to us here.

And remind yourself that trucker Tom isn’t the only kindness superhero out there, kindness happens every day:
