“I had an in-person therapy appointment for the first time in over a year this week, and I knew I would react to scented stuff in the air, and sure enough I felt like trash for most of the day. But I sent an email to the office with some suggestions on making the space more accessible to people with fragrance sensitivities, and got a really positive response from the receptionist which was lovely.
Now I’m energised to continue asking people to consider fragrance-free public spaces.”
How wonderful and what a great example of how kindness can create a knock on effect of things like confidence and hope.
