“My Mum travelled down to London on the train from North Yorkshire yesterday. We are going to the ballet tonight to celebrate her 80th birthday. Unfortunately, she left her walking stick on the train.
She took a bus from her hotel to the shops nearby, but they didn’t have any.
While she was standing on the pavement, a young man called Max approached her, asking if he could help. He sourced walking sticks which she could collect the next day, and kindly ordered and paid for a taxi to take her back to her hotel.
Thus is a huge Thank you to Max in Southampton Row on Wednesday 12th June at about 7pm for his immense kindness to my Mum Maureen.”
What a kindness superhero Max is and a big thanks to Sue for sending this story in to us.
