“I want to say a huge thank you to a man who lives in Rolleston named Steven Moe, I can’t remember if that is how you spell it, but this man overheard me on the plane answering a phone call from a paramedic informing me that my mum had had a ruptured brain aneurysm on the way to collecting me from the airport and he offered to take me straight to hospital. I was in shock but he was amazing and kind, he got me to the hospital before my mum had even arrived so I got to see her before the next process and I want to thank this man so much for giving me that opportunity.”
He shared this with the call to action to “keep looking out for opportunities to help each other!” That’s a message we love.
