“My in-laws had been to stay with us and on their return to the UK, their flight landed ahead of time and they collected their bags quicker than expected. This meant that they would need to wait several hours for the airport coach they had booked to take them back to their home town.
When the passenger assistance people pushing their wheelchairs explained the situation, the driver of the earlier coach said that he would take them for no extra charge if he had space – which he did!
It was really kind of him to do this when he really didn’t have to.”
