Doughnuts for guard force.

Several trays of ring doughnuts with different types of icing on them; some are pink, some with sprinkles, some are orange, others chocolate.

“We used to do birthday cakes amongst the team. I overbought two trays of doughnuts and we barely got through one. Unsure what to do, I thought I’d take the other tray back and give it to the guard force, as they’re stuck on guard all day so it brings some morale.

My mate was on the night guard that mounts at 1800 and I’d dropped them off like 1630 so there’d be some left.

I asked him how they went down and he said the day shift had smashed them all between 4 of them in 90 minutes as the box was all that was left 😂.”

Obviously your act of kindness was appreciated – even if it didn’t make it to the intended recipients!
