Customer service kindness at TeeMill.

a woman with light skin tone and bright pink hair tied back with some in a fringe on her face smiling and pointing to the design on her top. The top has long sleeves which are black and a white body with “I bat for the bonelord” on it and a large black circle with a skull on it.

“I ordered some High Rollers merch from Teemill and after it hadn’t been dispatched the day after it was due to arrive, I contacted the company to ask what was going on.

They explained the items are made to order so the shipping estimates are often wrong but very kindly upgraded my shipping to first class so that once it was printed it arrived really fast.

I’ve been feeling really rough so the customer service person being so kind and my merch arriving quicker made a big difference.”
