Curran Court Hotel filled with kindness.

A large Christmas tree lit with blue lights, with red and green bows all over it and red wrapped presents underneath it stands to the side of a hotel lobby. On the stairs above are wreaths with baubles, the same around the reception desk behind which is a sign reading "curran court hotel."

“I was overcharged by Curran Court Hotel and called them to say oops, I mixed up my email address too as we were booking for a funeral so I was quite stressed.

I had a good chat with the new person on reception, having had a lovely chat with Lucy there the night before when booking. Lucy had said how busy it was there that night.

The new person said ‘that’s really strange. You were NEXT on my list to call!’ I thought it was because my email had bounced but no, they’d noticed in morning I’d been overcharged by £60.

I had also merged my two emails so they rectified that too.

The refund didn’t go through back to my card because my bank is checking security a lot due to all the funeral travel related expenses, but the receptionist said they’d give me the refund when we check in.”

So much kindness on show in this story at Curran Court Hotel (check them out here), thank you to the anonymous person who sent this in to us.
