It was Mum and Dad’s 49th wedding anniversary last week. They popped into the supermarket for a few bits, trying to make something of the day by having a nice lunch. At the checkout they were chatting to the person who was scanning their shopping through. They mentioned it was their wedding anniversary and she congratulated them.
After they had paid and were about to walk away, a supervisor came over and gave them a free bunch of flowers. She had overheard them saying it was their special day and wanted to give them a small gift to help celebrate!
Such a kind gesture, it really made their day 😍
