How do you celebrate kindness at work?
Julia Levy has started a kindness at work honour roll to celebrate those doing kind things from paying for a colleague’s groceries during a difficult time to mentoring a colleague to help them get a promotion, to driving a colleague to a doctor’s appointment, to spending time helping a team member learn a new skill.
