Hope for Hasti.

Chris Brannigan has walked 1200 miles, barefoot, from Bar Harbor to Jacksonvill, and across Britain carrying 55lb to raise funds for a gene therapy for his daughter Hasti’s condition. The kindness in this story not only comes from a father going to great lengths for his child, but from all the people who have supported

Place setting for left handed resident.

“I live at Charterhouse London and an important part of the life here is eating together as a community. The brilliant kitchen team, as well as supplying fabulous food, are also marvelous in other ways. For instance, they noticed that I am left handed and so at each meal, I swapped my knife and fork

Stranger reaches Brazil nuts from top shelf for short shopper.

“I was in the supermarket and noticed a short, elderly lady doing her best to reach some Brazil nuts on the top shelf but not being able to. I offered to reach them for her and she gratefully accepted and was able to buy the last two boxes.” This is such a great example of

Colleague takes notes for new graduate.

At the Reading Business Network event I met someone who told me about kindness she had received at work. She’d recently started a new graduate job and there were 2 meetings that she really wanted to go to but they clashed. A colleague knew how much she wanted to attend both, so they offered to

“I was sick with covid and the guy delivering my Pets At Home parcel of heavy dog food put it inside the door so I didn’t have to lift it over the doorstep. I left him a 5 star review and checked all the ways he was amazing in the hopes it does some good

Tim gives sofa to new neighbour.

“When I moved into my new flat at The Charterhouse London, I had most of the things I needed to make my rooms cosy. I knew that at some point in the future I would need a sofa, when I could afford it. When one of my neighbours, Tim, bought a new sofa for himself,
