Rhosddu community fundraise for defibrillator.

The local pub and community in Rhosddu have worked together to fundraise for a new defibrillator. The landlord at the Railway Inn actually had the idea to install a defibrillator there and then organised and held fundraisers to make it happen. When half the funds were raised, the Community Council provided the other half, and

Festival of Kindness delivers 300,000 gifts and meals to those in need.

Social Bite, a homelessness charity, are working to deliver Christmas dinners and gifts to unhoused people in Scotland through their Festival of Kindness. They’ve put Christmas trees up in different cities for people to leave gifts under which will then be delivered to those in need. They’re also welcoming donations to fund getting 300,000 meals,
