After a fairly gloomy couple of days, I made time to do an on demand Zumba class from my aerobics teacher Fitness Together this evening. It was awesome! I’m really buzzing and much more cheerful than before I started.

Sometimes squeezing in time for exercise can feel selfish but it really isn’t. The benefits of being kind to yourself are totally worth it.

And I’ll be a much more fun member of the household when everyone gets home from the football match they’ve gone to!
