“At bedtime I always make sure my son speaks to his grandparents on FaceTime so he talks to them at least once every day.
My mother asked him on the phone what he wanted for Christmas, and he told her he had everything he wanted so didn’t know what to ask for. Then he told her ‘Take the money you would spend on me for Christmas and give it to charity.’
He’s 11. That blew me away and it made my mother cry.”
