Thread of menopause support.

a screenshot of a post reading “People on who've experienced menopause, how bad is/was it? It's probably going to hit me in a few years and I'm not looking forward to it. Edit: #menopause. People with partners who are or will be going through menopause, consider reading through this thread so you have a better idea of what kind of support they might need. It sounds awful. Who designed this?” Below the screenshot text reads “support & advice for menopause on Mastodon.”

“I spotted a thread full of kindness on Mastodon – someone asked about menopause and the replies were full of personal experiences, reassurance, tips and tricks, and so much more.

The thread itself was a super example of kindness but I also sent it on to someone I know who has been dealing with menopause too in case there was some helpful info in it for them.”

Sharing knowledge and advice like this is a really powerful act of kindness, and it provides a resources for lots of other people too creating ripples of kindness.
