If you’re at a loose end at 1pm tomorrow (Monday 5th), you can listen to me talking about gratitude and kindness on River Radio (the Marlow version, not the Highlands version!) – it’s a digital radio station and you can listen to it from any internet-connected device, apparently!
I and my fellow panellists had a great time at the recording talking about the importance of saying thank you to others, showing gratitude and recognising their kindness. We also talk about where to start with feeling gratitude, especially if you’re having a difficult time or life isn’t treating you well.
The show also includes 2 poems from The Casual Poet, inspired by the conversation during the programme.
