“I went into Tescos and I had my suitcase with me. I bought it before Christmas but they forgot to remove the security tag – I’d forgotten about that but when I went in, it set the alarm off. I went to tell the women on the till because I didn’t know what to do, I didn’t have the receipt or anything and I was really panicking because I thought I was going to miss my train.
They were really kind – their names were Debbie and Amy – they removed the tag and got it signed off, they were so lovely to me as I was having a real panic attack. Afterwards I went to the manager and told him how kind they had been.”
