Cheering others on and telling them their strengths is a powerful act of kindness and one I saw myself in the WhatsApp group for Speakers’ Collective recently.
One of the members said “Huge love to F for our chat last week. What a magnificent and gifted soul you are!”
F then responded with “you are able to put people at such ease and into feeling so safe, that’s a gift.”
They both then described each other as so kind.
It was such a genuine and heart-warming interaction, and a great example of kindness.
