“Our eldest (17) was spotted by our elderly next door neighbours taking a detour from his usual route to school to check in with the Thames Water team along the road to make sure they have drinking water this morning during a main water failure.
Both of them are elderly and in poor health. She was so very pleased to see he was looking out for them and came out to tell me. Haven’t seen her smile so much in a long time.”
A big thank you to Imke Wilson for sending this lovely story of kindness from a teenager into us. Teens are more kind than we often see so we love to share stories that help rebalance how we think about teenagers and show their kindness.
