“I was visiting the Black Sabbath bench and my mobility scooter failed – in a pedestrianised area. A taxi driver stopped near the bench for me. He could see there was a problem because people were around me pointing in different directions looking confused. He got me back to my hotel safely where I could charge the scooter.”
