“I would like to say a big thank you to the gentleman in Iceland this afternoon, who was behind my elderly mum in the checkout queue.
My mum had forgotten her bank card and was unable to pay for her items, and the chap kindly said he would pay for it.
He said with a smile: ‘I have a mum too!’”
My auntie saw this lovely story in a local Facebook group and sent it in to us as it’s such a wonderful story of kindness.
