“I had been out to buy coffees for the people in my office and had one of those tray things for 4 takeaway cups. I also had newspapers under my arm and my big work bag on my shoulder.
As I approached the big heavy front door of my office building, I saw there was no-one in Reception to help me. I was trying to work out how to manage to get the door open without spilling the coffee or dropping my stuff when a woman reached over and opened the door. I stood back to let her go into the building, thinking she was a visitor. She said, ‘I’m not going in – I just opened the door for you.’
How nice was that?”
