Stranger opens the door for coffee delivery.

three white takeout coffee cups with brown holder and black lids. The one nearest the camera reads “caramel.”

“I had been out to buy coffees for the people in my office and had one of those tray things for 4 takeaway cups. I also had newspapers under my arm and my big work bag on my shoulder.

As I approached the big heavy front door of my office building, I saw there was no-one in Reception to help me. I was trying to work out how to manage to get the door open without spilling the coffee or dropping my stuff when a woman reached over and opened the door. I stood back to let her go into the building, thinking she was a visitor. She said, ‘I’m not going in – I just opened the door for you.’

How nice was that?”
