“I had to visit a friend and colleague who was in a hospice in Inverness. I booked my flight and was boarding when a gentleman in front of me enquired about my trip.
I explained and he realised the importance of finding my way to Inverness and to the hospice. He said he would be in arrivals waiting for me. He would take me straight to the hospice. He drove me there without hesitation.
His name is Richard. I am so grateful to him. My friend passed away two days later. I had my time with him.”
We’re so sorry for your loss John, and thank you for sending in this beautiful story of the kindness of strangers.
