“I went to the High Rollers and The Longest Johns live show in my wheelchair and, after quite the trek getting to the venue through old town Bristol’s steep streets, all with a camber, I finally arrived at the venue.
The step free entrance was up another steep hill and required some manoeuvring and help from my friend to get to and when we arrived there were a tonne of steps down from the car park.
Someone who was heading back and forth to the car park with stuff and seemed to be part of the crew, spotted us and let us know that there is a lift and took us to it so we could get in.
It was really kind and super appreciated, especially as it meant we weren’t late for the meet and greet!”
What a lovely example of kindness during what sounds like a stressful, if fun, day. We’re so glad you made the meet and greet thanks to the kindness of someone.
