“I boarded the plane at Palma first as I had assistance. I overheard a passenger exclaiming she had left her favourite cardigan in the terminal. I messaged my daughter who was travelling with us but not yet boarded. She located the cardigan and brought it on board.
Once we were in the air my husband took the woman the cardigan. In baggage collection she came over to thank me. A team effort of kindness.”
