Officers help nurse get to work on snowy morning.

Cars parked outside a building much of which is windows of various sizes, with signs reading “outpatients entrance 5” on a nice day with blue sky and white fluffy clouds.

“On my way to work at Wythenshawe Hospital where I work as a nurse, my car began to slide all over the road due to the new snow fall that had just occurred.

I was less than half a mile away from the hospital on Southmoor road. I was very scared and shaky so pulled over so that I did cause any accidents.

A lovely male and female officer pulled up beside me and kindly followed me into work. If it wasn’t for them I would probably still be sat there now. So a great big thank you from my bosses and me for helping getting to work on a treacherous snowy morning.”

We’re so glad to hear you got there safely thanks to some very kind assistance Zena, thank you for sending this story in to us.
