Noticing kindness: a new year’s resolution you can stick to

Sarah stood in a park pointing into the distance at something and smiling broadly. She is wearing a red coat and a black t-shirt which reads “kindness matters.”

You’re invited to ‘Noticing kindness: a new year’s resolution you can stick to’ on 15 January 2025 – it’s free!

During the session, you’ll learn habits to notice kindness and benefit from the positive impact that it has on your wellbeing. If you tend to set resolutions at the start of the year and then feel bad when you lose your momentum, this could be the one for you. Once you start noticing what’s going on around you, it becomes a positive cycle that you stick to!

This will be a short taster of the longer wellbeing workshops we run, so it’s also a great opportunity to experience what it’s like working with me. If you’re interested in the wellbeing of people at your organisation, why not pop along and find out more?
