“I had a busy health week with a specialist appointment followed by a GP appointment the following day. The specialist prescribed me some medications and put a note on it to rush the prescription so that I could pick it up the next day at my appointment.
When I went in the second time and asked they couldn’t find it but the reception team dug around on their computer, located it, rushed it to the pharmacist to sign, and gave it to me.
It was so kind and made a huge difference to me as having to go back again after 3pm would have been extra cost and energy expenditure that I just can’t afford with being disabled.”
