“We have a really active neighbours WhatsApp group that is often demonstrating acts of kindness for others. I did washing for a neighbour recently whose machine had broken or we lend items for cooking.”
This wonderful story of kindness was shared in one of our recent wellbeing workshops. During these workshops we learn skills to help us focus on the good – something that everyone can take with them into their daily life leading to improved wellbeing.
