“We reunited a lost ferret with her owner! While walking the dogs one evening one of them was excitedly sniffing at a drain. As we came back the same way a ferret was peeking out of it. She wasn’t scared as we approached – keeping the dogs out of the way!
We snapped some photos and posted them to our estate’s Facebook group as we were sure we’d seen a post about a lost ferret recently. Sure enough, within a few minutes someone responded asking for further details.
We went back out to meet them and show them where she was and watched as they were happily reunited after she’d been missing for 5 days.”
