“I was walking across the University of Reading campus and 2 ladies stopped me to ask for directions. I didn’t recognise the name of the road they were looking for, but rather than say sorry and walk on, I asked a few questions to get more detail.
Once we discovered that the sports centre was near where they were going, I could give them the directions they needed because I know where that is!”
