Kindness at big box store.

a queue of people with large trolleys at a big box store waiting for the self checkouts.

“The line was piling up at the returns counter in a big box store. A customer was completely confused and flustered about something on the digital screen during the returns process. It wasn’t working. It was taking forever.

Another customer left her spot in the midst of completing her own return, dropped everything to go help this first person with their troubles.

It only took a few seconds to be kind. She was so sweet to see what was going on and help. After she finished her own return and was leaving, I told her that was a nice thing she just did. I hope she knows she made a difference.

Sometimes It only takes a moment to be kind and make a difference in someone’s day.”

It’s so true – being kind costs nothing and can take no time at all. What have you spotted today?
