“I ordered from Hello Fresh for the first time since we moved house and I thought I’d updated my address but it turned out I hadn’t.
Cue panic as I got the dispatch notification with my old address on it!
I messaged a neighbour at the old address who kindly said yes, I could set it to be delivered there as a safe place and she would accept it if necessary.
I then hopped in the car to get down to the old house before the Yodel driver arrived, with 2 forms of ID (one for each address!) in the hopes the driver would let me take my box home with me!
Thankfully, the driver understood the situation and I was able to rescue my Hello Fresh box and bring it back home without my old neighbour having to take delivery.
The kindness of both the driver and my old neighbour made this a much happier ending than it could have been!”
