“Our friend is a massive Ozzy Osbourne fan and we were in Birmingham for a weekend conference together, she used some of it to go see the Ozzy sights but missed the murals.
The day we were due to go home we took her to find the murals and bits she’d missed. She was so moved to have seen them and one of us cuddled her as she cried.”
