“My daughter and I were separated from my husband and son at Edinburgh station (they missed the train). This left us with no car keys or house keys, just wanted to say a great big thanks to the lady who gave us a lift home and the staff on the train and at the station who stepped in to help.
And a huge thank you for the kindness of people on the 17:34 from Edinburgh to Alnmouth on Wednesday 5th November.”
