#ProjectAmplifyKindness and Time for Kindness started as a bit of an idea in late 2020. I wanted to change the balance of the narrative and celebrate the kindness that I believe exists in the world but which we rarely seem to talk about.
In January 2021, the little idea became an Instagram account, with the help of my wonderful daughter (who came up with the name) and the fabulous Alexis Bushnell (I took her 101 course).
A year later, Time for Kindness is an Instagram account, a website, a blog, a kind communication services site and something which I dream about growing even more.
Thank you for all your support for my little idea so far. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
