Share kindness: Give a friend a lift to a hospital appointment
Or doctors, or psychiatrist, or physiotherapist, or counsellor, or blood test, or vaccination, or..!
Going to an appointment in hospital can be worrying enough. If you then have to worry about choosing the best route, where to park your car and how to pay for parking, you will feel even worse.
I’m not a driver myself, but I understand from people who do that parking on the hospital site is more stressful than anywhere else in town.
So if it’s your friend who has to go and have tests or meet with a doctor, offering them a lift is a really kind thing to do.
